<b>contact center</b>

A contact center (also referred to as a customer interaction center or e-contact center) is a central point in an enterprise from which all customer contacts are managed. The contact center typically includes one or more online call centers but may include other types of customer contact as well, including e-mail newsletters, postal mail catalogs, Web site inquiries and chats, and the collection of information from customers during in-store purchasing. A contact center is generally part of an enterprise's overall customer relationship management (CRM).

A contact center would typically be provided with special software that would allow contact information to be routed to appropriate people, contacts to be tracked, and data to be gathered. A contact center is considered to be an important element in multichannel marketing.

A call center is a physical place where customer and other telephone calls are handled by an organization, usually with some amount of computer automation. Typically, a call center has the ability to handle a considerable volume of calls at the same time, to screen calls and forward them to someone qualified to handle them, and to log calls. Call centers are used by mail-order catalog organizations, telemarketing companies, computer product help desks, and any large organization that uses the tel

Had never heard of Honey Crisp apples. Went to the Kroger store and saw the trays of different apples and since I had never been much of an apple eater I decided to buy some because it was kind of rare for me to do so. The produce guy happened to be there and I told him I wanted some sweet apples. He said I should try those on the end called honey crisp. I now eat 2-3 every night. Simply delicious. I am hooked.

When I have to recover from surgery, apples are usually the only food I am interested in. I ran across Honey Crisp apples while recovering from my recent knee surgery. I believe in the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away." After 36 surgeries, I am doing well. Now that I have found the most flavorful, sweet, juicy apple, I know I am healthier. I eat 2 - 3 per day and I just can't get enough of them. These are the best apples I have ever tasted!
I grew up in WI, IL, MI, and the whole mid West area, now I live in N. Idaho, just 50 miles northeast of WA state. They have great apples in Washington, but I have never found an apple better than my new find, Honey Crisp!
Just wanted your followers of this site to know that all over the country this apple is making a major impression. I have intorduced this apple to total strangers in the supermarkests because I love them so much!

Never been an apple eater, until I was introduced by a friend the Honeycrisp apple and now I eat one or two everyday. It is the best tasting apple I have ever had, very juciey. If they ever stop growning them I will most likely stop eating as many apples.

I just found these a couple weeks ago at a local Baker's (Kroger's) grocery store, where they had a sign advertising them at $2/lb. Out of curiosity, I bought four of them and brought them home. After the first bite, I knew none of them were going to make it to the end of the day in my fridge (and I was right!).

I ended up going back for more six hours later. I hope they've got plenty, because I've already bought ten pounds, and I'm looking to stock up for the winter. These are without a doubt the best eating apples (as opposed to cooking apples) that I've ever tasted. It doesn't hurt that it's also the official fruit of my home state.

If you're an apple lover, or even someone who enjoys just an occasional apple, I highly recommend these. But don't you dare clean out my nearby Baker's, or there will be hell to pay.

I am very pleased with the honeycrips apples I receive. I have been to more than one of the upper class stores and their honeycrisp apples, although big, are bruised and not fresh. I sent a few of these in a care package to my son who has never liked apples and he now wants more of them. Because of Operation Apple that does not charge shipping, I sent him a case of apples. Recently my husband was put on a low fat diet and like my son, did not like apples. I finally got him to try one and he is hooked. He eats 2 to 3 every day. The people at honeycrisp.com are always quick with a response to emails and will do anything to help.

Had a Honey Crisp apple for the frist time about a month ago. It was "GREAT" ! It is one of the best apples I have ever eaten.

I have a problem though ! I got the apples at my local Kroger Store located in Englewood, OH. So, I asked the produce person at Kroger today why I have not seen any honey ceisp apples in a while. He said, "It's a good apple and I like them too, and we get them when we can." I don't know what he ment but I knew what I was going to do...Research !
So, here I am. I just wanted to tell you about my introduction to your apples. Now I will have to find them somewhere locally or order some on line. One way or another I will get some.
Thank you for your time
Charlie, from OH.

As a graduate student, I was on the volunteer apple taste panel at the University of Minnesota in the 1980 decade when Honey Crisp was first evaluated for quality and still unnamed (and 20 years after the cross was made, so it existed 20 years before it was even evaluated for eating).

Over several weeks, we evaluated six selections at a time under different numbers each time, so we could not be biased by names. I still knew every time the Honey Crisp apple was one of the samples.

On my evaluation sheet, I always wrote that that apple had to be released as a variety, because it was better than any apple I had ever tasted among known varities. It was excruciating to wait more than 20 years after being on the taste panel to finally be able to buy one of them in the store and enjoy that taste once again.

I am now a university professor of plant sciences, where one of the courses I teach is Fruit Culture. All of my students learn right away about Honey Crisp apples, so they disappear from the stores even faster than before.

I am so upset! I cannot find any Honey Crisp in the stores right now. I may have to order them, as I am completely hooked on them. I have started many other adddictions, too. Everyone who eats them is hooked immediately. I will not eat any other kind of apple again. I have tried others since I can't get the Honey's and they are all crappy in comparison. I am a Honey's freak!!! Keep 'em coming.......

Early one morning last month I was shopping my local Farmers Market and stumbled upon HoneyCrisp apples. I finished my shopping and loaded up the trunk. Since I was hungry (just having finished my morning workout) I decided to eat one of the "new" apples I had purchased. The apple was so good, I ran back to the vendor the let him know (and of course purchase more).

I'm totally hooked and have gotten many of my friends addicted as well.

I've been ordering Honeycrisp Apples for at least the last couple of years. I don't remember how I first came across them, but all I know is that I am absolutely addicted to them!! Ever since I tried them, I will not eat any other type of apple. In fact, when they are out of season, I go crazy waiting for them to be available again!!

Everyone that has tried my apples, says the same thing.....WOW, this is the best apple I have ever eaten".

I live in Miami and Honeycrisp apples are not available here, but I will continue to order them online for as long as they are available.

I will never eat another type of apple again.

Thanks Honeycrisp!

Loyal customer for life!!!

I discovered Honeycrisp apples last year and have been on a mission to educate every one I know about this fantastic apple. Not only did I buy them from you for my own eating pleasure through the winter, I shipped at least six gift boxes to family and friends. This year, as soon as I saw them in the local supermarket, I brought apples to my coworkers and made converts out of each one. It's like apple "crack". I wake up in the morning and the first thing I want to do is eat an apple!

An apple a day...well, since we started eating Honeycrisp apples my kids have gone from eating delicious apples when soordered, to asking for another Honeycrisp every day.

Honeycrisp apples are sweet but still have tangeyness. They are very crunchy but last for months in the cooler. I admit that eat one every day too, and now that we are buying them by the bushel and keeping them in the cooler, we'll eat them all winter. Thanks for making it so easy to live just that much better! MB

I discovered honeycrisps quite by accident last year when I bought a caramel apple around Halloween. I actually dug out the store receipt, called them and asked what type of apples they used. I am now one of those honeycrisp crazies, I tell anyone who will listen about how much I love these apples. I just shipped a gift pack to my boss in MA for her upcoming birthday. I turned her on to them on a recent business trip here. Crunch on!

I first tried honeycrisp apples two years ago at an agriculture conference in Minnesota. They were the best apples I'd ever had.

Since then, I haven't been able to find them in Wyoming stores. Just this week, they were in my local Albertson's. I just wanted to say that they are even better than I remember! Keep them coming to Wyoming!!!

Thank you so much for the fast shipping and excellent packaging! The Apples arrived safe and sound. We couldn't get the box opened fast enough! We already ate a half dozen and I had to put a stop to that because I'll be distributing these in Christmas Baskets to my huge family this year. I know everyone will fall head over heals for these super crispy apples!!

To date, I have ordered Honey Crisp, Candy Crisp and Macoun apples. I love them all. I used to live in New York and have been craving for Macoun apples which are no where to be found in Florida. Finding your site has been a God send. I am a customer for life!!

I was told about the apple one night when my friend came in with them telling me how much they cost. This was about 2 weeks ago. When he told me the cost, I said, "there is no apple worth that amount!" So he gave me a piece. Needless to say, I just sent him a text message trying to find out where to buy them. That REALLY WAS the best apple that I have ever had.

Since I have been pregnant, I have been craving apples. My family thought that I was insane when I told them I bought a case of Honeycrisp apples!! After nearly eating the entire 40lbs of apples in less than two months, I'm still craving those ever so tasty Honeycrisp apples. Since I'm six months pregnant now, I better think about restocking up on apples - the Honeycrisp are the bestest EVER!! Thanks so much for the yummy apples!!

I have liked Northern Spy Apples, since I first tried one, in the early 1990s! But I've liked apples all my life. My mother and I would both like to grow them. They're so hard to find. So are the trees.

I am eating my first ever right now.
WOW!!! I used to love Granny Smith but these are better - I love the texture: soft but crunchy, and the taste: tart and sweet.

WE got our order about a week ago. The apples we got from you were smaller than the ones sold in the stores here in Liberty Missouri (just North of Kansas City). I liked them so much more! I made carmel apples and took them to a womens meeting the other night and they were a huge hit! Those women also like the smaller size!
Thanks so much for the fast delivery and great product!

Sooooo....I did a little light reading about this interesting apple, and I had no idea whatsoever how old this variety was! I'd never heard of them before two weeks ago, so I figured they were new. Silly me.

No genetic engineering way back in 1960 when crossbreeding work was first done to end up with this little juicy gem. I feel much better, now.

I found an interesting article about the genesis of the Honeycrisp, and wanted to share.

http://www.minnesotaharvest.net/apple_honeycrisp.htm

My applecore still isn't brown, so now I'm doing my own experiment to see how long it takes. Yeah....I'm kinda bored, but now it's just plain interesting.

Happy eating!

I discovered this variety of apple a few weeks ago while shopping at my friendly Fred Meyer store. I was perusing through the apple section and this nice woman recommended them to me. She was so enthusiastic, I just had to buy a few.

I must say, they are really quite yummy.

Crisp, juicy, just tart enough, and they look sorta like my favourite apples, the humble MacIntosh. They were a definite hit at my house.

But....(there's always a but, with me) today I noticed something quite peculiar.

I was munching on one today and set it down to do something else for a moment. About three hours later I returned to my desk. There sat my apple, waiting patiently for me.

I resumed eating, but became aware that it had been sitting there for some time, and it looked just as fresh as it had when I first walked away....it hadn't turned brown!

To be honest with you, while I really like the texture and taste and all-around attributes of these apples, it's sorta disconcerting that they don't oxidise like normal apples do.

Years of cross-pollinisation trials? Genetic engineering experiments? Spontaneous occurance of a new hybrid?

Dunno. But what I DO know is that I sorta don't mind that apples turn brown after a bit. They may not look as pretty, but they taste just fine.

More research on this for my own peace of mind id needed.. That whole genetic engineering thing is still up in the air, for me.

Holy moly, I've always had difficulty eating an entire apple. Today I was in class and one of the girls at my table was eating an apple and was talking about how amazing it was. The rest of us laughed a little because she sounded really passionate about this apple. She happened to have another in her bag and offered it to me. I took a bite. Perfect. Fantastic! I understand now! I was so sad when I was almost done. It was amazing until the very last bite.

I'm a Preschool teacher and this past week we were learning about apples and how many different kinds there are and what colors ... stuff like that. Then at the end of the week we were having an apple tasting party where we taste each one and decide which one is our favorite... The children of course picked which ever one they see at home. I however until this week never really had a favorite apple! Every day I try to eat an apple but it ends up being either a Golden Del. or a Fiji or a Red del. I don't really like any of these but I'd eat it just because I need the fiber! Until this day I never enjoyed apples! Then I bit into a Honey Crisp and I thought I went to heaven! They are so good! I now can say that I have a favorite apple that I'll eat happily every day! The good part is that I actually crave them! If it wasn't for that lesson I'd still be eating crabby apples! :) Too bad they are only sold at Bashas around here! I can't find them anywhere else! I wish Wal-Mart sold them! Cause that's where I shop! :) Oh well Guess I'll make special trips to Bashas! :)

A local grocery store had about two dozen of the Honeycrisp apples last fall and I decided to buy a couple even though I'd never heard of that particular apple. Needless to say I went back the next day and bought all they had left! Honeycrisp are the best apples I've ever eaten!! I went through withdrawal after I finished what I'd bought. I plan to get on a program of ordering a steady supply through the Net. They should be called "Crack" apples cause they're that addictive!

Discovered Honeycrisps last fall in Palo Alto, CA. I instantly fell in love with them, forsaking my usual Fuji and Braeburns. I was disappointed to learn that they are only available out here for a few weeks, so I went to the Web. And found my wonderful Honeycrisps! Thanks for being out there for all the apple-lovers of the world.

Your apples are wonderful. I have sent them on several occasions to my daughter who is in Dutch Harbor, on the island of Unalaska. The fine UPS folks there deliver them in perfect condition!

Your website could use an apple variety page, where there is a brief synopsis of each of the apples on one page.

My two favorites are McIntosh and Honeycrisp. I love the sweet crunch of Honeycrisp and the sweet/tart of McIntosh. edit

WOW - Was I ever excited to see that Box of honeycrisp apples sitting on my front porch! Today is my birthday and it arrived right on time. My family and I were in Nebraska for Thanksgiving and were introduced to the Honeycrisp apples there. They were in all the grocery stores. Every time we brought some home they all got eaten and we had to go back for more the next day. We ate them everyday during the ten days were there. When we returned we were so disappointed that we could not find them in the stores anywhere. So my daughter and son and his wife decided it would be a great birthday present and were they ever right. You know though, as you grow them in New York I am so surprised that we could not find them here in Connecticut. Anyway they are by far the very best apple I have ever eaten and believe me I love apples and have tasted many different kinds. Until now the Macoun was my favorite. However, I am a sworn honeycrisp cruncher (like you Paul Wooley)now. Thank you for starting this business. I only hope we will be able to find them in our grocery stores next year.

I want to tell everyone how impressed I have been with the honeycrisps!! My son had a box sent to us and I was worried they would spoil before we could use them all! We shared a lot and still had a lot left! We cooked and ate them fresh! Still have a few left that are just as good as when we recieved the box in October! I will order more!! Beverly Dutton
